Dodajte susam i so, sve dobro sjedinite.<br \/>\nPostepeno dodajte bra\u0161no: prvo ka\u0161ikom, zatim mijesite rukama dok se tijesto ne odvoji od posude. Istresite ga na pobra\u0161njenu povr\u0161inu.<\/p>\n<p>Za mije\u0161enje i razvla\u010denje bi\u0107e vam potrebno jo\u0161 oko 100 g bra\u0161na, jer je tijesto masno i lako se obra\u0111uje.<br \/>\nMijesite dok ne dobijete homogeno tijesto, zatim razvucite oklagijom na debljinu od oko 0,5 cm. Isjecite grisine po \u017eelji \u2013 \u0161iroke oko prsta i duge 5\u20136 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u0161kove tijesta ponovo oblikujte u grisine. Rasporedite ih na pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje. Od ove koli\u010dine dobijaju se tri puna pleha.<\/p>\n<p>Zagrijte rernu na 220 \u00b0C.
