Spoj blagih pile\u0107ih fileta, nje\u017enog sos\u0430 s notom meda, senfa i bijelog vina stvara savr\u0161en balans izme\u0111u slanog, slatkastog i kiselkastog okusa. Uz to, serviramo pire krompir sa parmezanom i laganu salatu od svje\u017eeg povr\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>Savr\u0161eno za porodi\u010dnu ve\u010deru, ali i dovoljno elegantno za goste.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcdd Sastojci (za 2\u20133 osobe)<\/p>\n<p>Glavno jelo:<br \/>\n2 pile\u0107a fileta (oko 400 g)<br \/>\n200 ml pavlake za kuhanje<br \/>\n250 ml pile\u0107e supe (ili vode + kocka)<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na (10 g)<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica senfa (5 g)<br \/>\n100 ml bijelog vina<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika soja sosa (15 ml)<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika meda (20 g)<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika limunovog soka (15 ml)<br \/>\n15 g maslaca (1 ka\u0161ika)<br \/>\nSo i biber po ukusu<\/p>\n<p>Pire krompir:<br \/>\n400 g krompira<br \/>\n100 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n50 g rendanog parmezana<br \/>\n15 g maslaca<br \/>\nSo i biber po ukusu<\/p>\n<p>Salata:<br \/>\n100 g kineskog kupusa<br \/>\n100 g svje\u017eeg spana\u0107a<br \/>\n2 paradajza (oko 240 g)<br \/>\n1 crveni luk<br \/>\n1 manji vezica per\u0161una<br \/>\nSo po ukusu<br \/>\nPo \u017eelji malo maslinovog ulja ili limunovog soka<\/p>\n<p>NA\u010cIN PRIPREME:<\/p>\n<p>1\ufe0f\u20e3 Priprema pire krompira:<br \/>\nKrompir ogulite, isijecite na kockice i stavite da se kuha u posoljenoj vodi oko 15\u201320 minuta, dok ne omek\u0161a.<br \/>\nOcijedite krompir, dodajte maslac, mlijeko, rendani parmezan, so i biber.<br \/>\nIzgnje\u010dite dok ne dobijete kremastu strukturu. Pokrijte i ostavite da ostane toplo.<\/p>\n<p>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Priprema piletine:<br \/>\nFilete posolite, pobiberite i lagano uvaljajte u bra\u0161no.<br \/>\nU tavi otopite maslac i kratko propr\u017eite filete s obje strane, dok ne dobiju zlatnu boju.
