Sa divnim mirisom pe\u010denih jabuka i mekanom, so\u010dnom teksturom, ovaj kola\u010d brzo postaje omiljen u svakoj porodici. Savr\u0161en je uz \u0161olju \u010daja ili kafe, kao i lagan zavr\u0161etak ru\u010dka ili ve\u010dere.<\/p>\n<p>**Sastojci:**<\/p>\n<p>* 3 jabuke (oguljene, o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene i narezane na tanke kri\u0161ke)<br \/>\n* 2 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era (za jabuke)<br \/>\n* Sok od pola limuna<br \/>\n* 3 jaja<br \/>\n* 140 g \u0161e\u0107era (oko \u00be \u0161olje)<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era ili ekstrakta vanile<br \/>\n* Prstohvat soli<br \/>\n* 110 ml mlijeka (oko \u00bd \u0161olje)<br \/>\n* 4 ka\u0161ike jogurta ili kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n* 90 ml biljnog ulja (oko \u2153 \u0161olje)<br \/>\n* Naribana korica 1 limuna<br \/>\n* 2 ka\u0161i\u010dice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n* 8\u20139 punih ka\u0161ika bra\u0161na (oko 200\u2013220 g)<br \/>\n* 2\u20133 ka\u0161ike otopljenog putera (za premazivanje ili preliv)<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema:**<\/p>\n<p>1. **Pripremite jabuke:** Ogulite, o\u010distite i nare\u017eite jabuke na tanke kri\u0161ke. Pomije\u0161ajte ih sa 2 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era i sokom od pola limuna. Ostavite da odstoje 5\u201310 minuta.<br \/>\n2. **Zagrijte rernu** na 180\u00b0C i podma\u017eite pleh.<br \/>\n3. **Umije\u0161ajte te\u010dne sastojke:** U velikoj posudi umutite jaja, \u0161e\u0107er, vanilu i prstohvat soli dok ne postanu pjenasti.
