Savr\u0161ene su za u\u017eurbana jutra, kao obrok poslije treninga ili kao lagan, zdrav desert. Kombinacija hrskavog ovsa, so\u010dnih suhog vo\u0107a i bogate tamne \u010dokolade \u010dini ih neodoljivim, a uz to su mnogo zdravije od kupovnih plo\u010dica. Najbolje od svega \u2013 izuzetno se lako pripremaju!<\/p>\n<p>### **Sastojci**<\/p>\n<p>#### **Za plo\u010dice:**<br \/>\n* 100 g (1 \u0161olja) ovsenih pahuljica<br \/>\n* 30 g (\u00bc \u0161olje) gro\u017e\u0111ica<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161ika (5 g) nezasla\u0111enog kakao praha<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161ika (10 g) susama<br \/>\n* 70 g (\u00bd \u0161olje) suhe brusnice<br \/>\n* 60 g (\u2153 \u0161olje) badema, krupno sjeckanih<br \/>\n* 60 g (\u2153 \u0161olje) kikirikija, krupno sjeckanih<br \/>\n* 70 g (\u00bd \u0161olje) suhih \u0161ljiva, nasjeckanih<br \/>\n* 1\u20132 zrele banane, izgnje\u010dene<br \/>\n* 30 ml (2 ka\u0161ike) sirupa od jerusalimske arti\u010doke ili meda<\/p>\n<p>#### **Za \u010dokoladni preliv:**<br \/>\n* 100 g (\u00bd \u0161olje) tamne \u010dokolade bez \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n* \u00bd ka\u0161ike (7 g) kokosovog ulja<\/p>\n<p>#### **Za serviranje (opcionalno):**<br \/>\n* Svje\u017ee kri\u0161ke limuna<br \/>\n* Svje\u017ee maline<br \/>\n* Va\u0161 omiljeni \u010daj<\/p>\n<p>### **Priprema**<\/p>\n<p>**1. Pripremite osnovu**<br \/>\nZagrijte rernu na 180\u00b0C. U ve\u0107oj posudi pomije\u0161ajte ovsene pahuljice, gro\u017e\u0111ice, kakao i susam. Dodajte brusnice, sjeckane bademe, kikiriki i \u0161ljive. Promije\u0161ajte da se sve ravnomjerno rasporedi.<\/p>\n<p>**2. Dodajte mokre sastojke**<br \/>\nU posebnoj posudi izgnje\u010dite banane dok ne postanu glatke. Dodajte ih u smjesu zajedno sa sirupom od arti\u010doke ili medom. Dobro promije\u0161ajte dok se svi sastojci ne pove\u017eu i smjesa ne postane ljepljiva i kompaktna.<\/p>\n<p>**3. Oblikujte i pecite**<br \/>\nOblo\u017eite pleh papirom za pe\u010denje i utisnite smjesu u sloju debljine oko 2 cm. Mo\u017eete ih oblikovati i u pojedina\u010dne plo\u010dice ili koristiti silikonske kalupe. Pecite 20 minuta, dok ivice ne dobiju zlatnu boju i plo\u010dice ne postanu \u010dvrste.<\/p>\n<p>**4. Ohladite**<br \/>\nIzvadite iz rerne i ostavite da se potpuno ohlade. Zatim ih isjecite na komade po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>**5. Pripremite \u010dokoladni preliv**<br \/>\nOtopite \u010dokoladu i kokosovo ulje u mikrotalasnoj (u intervalima od 30 sekundi) ili na pari. Mije\u0161ajte dok ne postane glatko i sjajno.<\/p>\n<p>**6. Prelijte plo\u010dice**<br \/>\nUmo\u010dite gornji dio svake plo\u010dice u otopljenu \u010dokoladu ili jednostavno prelijte pomo\u0107u ka\u0161ike. Po \u017eelji ukrasite brusnicama, bademima ili \u0161ljivama dok je \u010dokolada jo\u0161 mekana.<\/p>\n<p>**7. Ohladite i \u010duvajte**<br \/>\nPlo\u010dice stavite na pleh oblo\u017een papirom i ohladite u fri\u017eideru oko 40 minuta, dok se \u010dokolada ne stegne. \u010cuvajte ih u zatvorenoj posudi u fri\u017eideru do 2 sedmice.<\/p>\n<p>**8.
