Ove punjene paprike su izuzetno ukusne, a priprema je jednostavna. Kombinacija kremastog cheddar sira, mocarele i aromati\u010dnih za\u010dina stvara neodoljiv fil, dok paprike u pe\u0107nici postaju mekane i slatkaste. Uz hrskavu salatu od kupusa i lagani jogurt sos, ovo jelo \u010dini savr\u0161en obrok za svaku priliku.<\/p>\n<p>**Sastojci**<\/p>\n<p>**Za punjene paprike:**<\/p>\n<p>* 4 velike crvene paprike<br \/>\n* 200 g bijele ri\u017ee<br \/>\n* 350 ml vode<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica kurkume<br \/>\n* \u00bd ka\u0161i\u010dice soli (za ri\u017eu)<br \/>\n* 15 g putera<br \/>\n* 2 ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja<br \/>\n* 1 srednji crni luk (sitno sjeckan)<br \/>\n* 1 srednja mrkva (narendana ili sitno sjeckana)<br \/>\n* 250 g \u0161ampinjona (sitno sjeckanih)<br \/>\n* 250 g paradajza iz konzerve (sjeckanog)<br \/>\n* 2 \u010dehna bijelog luka (sitno sjeckana)<br \/>\n* \u00bd ljute papri\u010dice (sitno sjeckane)<br \/>\n* 2 mlada luka (sitno sjeckana)<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica mljevene paprike<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica su\u0161enog bosiljka<br \/>\n* \u00bd ka\u0161i\u010dice su\u0161enog timijana<br \/>\n* \u00bd ka\u0161i\u010dice su\u0161enog origana<br \/>\n* So i crni biber po ukusu<br \/>\n* 1 jaje<br \/>\n* 2 ka\u0161ike prezli<br \/>\n* 150 g cheddar sira (narendanog)<br \/>\n* 150 g mocarele (narendane)<br \/>\n* Svje\u017ei per\u0161un (sjeckan, po \u017eelji)<\/p>\n<p>**Za salatu od kupusa:**<br \/>\n* 250 g kupusa (fino izribanog)<br \/>\n* 1 jabuka (narezana na tanke trakice ili kockice)<br \/>\n* 2 mlada luka (narezana)<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161ika maslinovog ulja<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161ika limunovog soka<br \/>\n* So i biber po ukusu<\/p>\n<p>**Za jogurt sos:**<br \/>\n* 200 g obi\u010dnog jogurta<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica maslinovog ulja<br \/>\n* 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica limunovog soka<br \/>\n* 1 \u010dehno bijelog luka (sitno sjeckano)<br \/>\n* 2 ka\u0161ike svje\u017eeg kopra (sitno sjeckanog)<br \/>\n* So i biber po ukusu<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema**<\/p>\n<p>**1. Kuhanje ri\u017ee:**<br \/>\nU \u0161erpi pomije\u0161ajte ri\u017eu, vodu, kurkumu, so i puter. Kad proklju\u010da, smanjite vatru, poklopite i kuhajte 12 minuta, dok ri\u017ea ne upije svu te\u010dnost. Ostavite poklopljeno da odstoji dok pripremate povr\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>**2. Priprema paprika:**<br \/>\nOperite paprike, odre\u017eite im vrhove (sa\u010duvajte ih), izvadite sjemenke i bijele opne. Ostavite sa strane.<\/p>\n<p>**3. Priprema fila:**<br \/>\nNa maslinovom ulju propr\u017eite crni luk 2\u20133 minute dok ne omek\u0161a. Dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, mljevenu papriku i prstohvat soli. Umije\u0161ajte mrkvu i pr\u017eite jo\u0161 2 minute, zatim dodajte sjeckane \u0161ampinjone i dinstajte 4\u20135 minuta dok ne puste sok. Dodajte timijan i biber.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim ubacite paradajz, bosiljak, bijeli luk, ljutu papri\u010dicu, per\u0161un i mladi luk. Dinstajte jo\u0161 2\u20133 minute, dodajte origano i po potrebi dosolite.<\/p>\n<p>**4. Mije\u0161anje fila:**<br \/>\nU velikoj zdjeli sjedinite kuhanu ri\u017eu i povr\u0107e. Dodajte jaje, prezle i narendani cheddar. Dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>**5. Punjenje paprika:**<br \/>\nZagrijte rernu na 180\u00b0C. Paprike prema\u017eite maslinovim uljem i stavite uspravno u posudu za pe\u010denje. Unutra\u0161njost posolite i pobiberite. Napunite ih filom i lagano pritisnite. Preko pospite narendanom mocarelom, malo origanom i pokapajte s maslinovim uljem.<\/p>\n<p>Pecite pokrivene aluminijskom folijom 30 minuta, zatim otkrijte i pecite jo\u0161 10 minuta, dok sir ne porumeni, a paprike ne omek\u0161aju.<\/p>\n<p>**6. Salata i sos:**<br \/>\nPomije\u0161ajte kupus, jabuku i mladi luk. Napravite dresing od maslinovog ulja, limunovog soka, soli i bibera, pa prelijte salatu.<\/p>\n<p>Za sos pomije\u0161ajte jogurt, maslinovo ulje, limunov sok, bijeli luk, kopar, so i biber. Ostavite u fri\u017eideru do poslu\u017eivanja.<\/p>\n<p>**7.
