Pa\u017eljivo dodati vrhnje (mije\u0161ati dok ne postane glatko), zatim puter i prstohvat soli. Pokriti folijom direktno na povr\u0161inu i ostaviti da se ohladi, potom staviti u fri\u017eider.<\/p>\n<p>2. **Biskvit:** Zagrijati rernu na 180\u00b0C. U velikoj zdjeli mikserom tucati jaja i 180 g \u0161e\u0107era 5\u20137 minuta dok smjesa ne postane gusta, svijetla i trostruko ve\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>3. **Suhi sastojci:** Samljeti lje\u0161njake, pa pomije\u0161ati s bra\u0161nom i pra\u0161kom za pecivo. Pa\u017eljivo umije\u0161ati u jaja da se ne spusti smjesa.<\/p>\n<p>4. **Pe\u010denje biskvita:** Oblo\u017eiti pleh papirom za pe\u010denje, rasporediti smjesu u sloj od 1 cm i pe\u0107i 20 minuta na 180\u00b0C dok ne porumeni i lagano se vrati kad se dotakne. Ohladiti potpuno.<\/p>\n<p>5. **Krema:** Krem sir umutiti dok ne postane gladak, dodati kondenzirano mlijeko i sjediniti. Vrhnje za \u0161lag umutiti u \u010dvrst \u0161lag i pa\u017eljivo umije\u0161ati u krem sir. Ohladiti dok se ne koristi.<\/p>\n<p>6. **Priprema kuglica:** Biskvit izlomiti u komadi\u0107e i u multipraktiku usitniti u fine mrvice.
