Bjelanca umuti s prstohvatom soli dok ne postanu \u010dvrsta.<br \/>\nPostepeno dodaj \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, miksaj dok smjesa ne postane sjajna.<br \/>\nUmuti jedno po jedno \u017eumance, zatim dodaj ulje i lagano promije\u0161aj \u0161patulom.<br \/>\nProsij bra\u0161no i gustin, dodaj u tri navrata i nje\u017eno umije\u0161aj pokretima odozdo prema gore.<br \/>\nSipaj smjesu u pleh (25\u00d735 cm) oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje i poravnaj.<br \/>\nPeci **20\u201325 minuta**, dok ne pro\u0111e test \u010da\u010dkalicom.<br \/>\nOhladi potpuno, pa prere\u017ei biskvit na dvije jednake kore.<\/p>\n<p>2. **Priprema karamel kreme:**<br \/>\nU \u0161erpi s debljim dnom na tihoj vatri otopi \u0161e\u0107er dok ne dobije zlatno-sme\u0111u boju.<br \/>\nPa\u017eljivo dodaj **vru\u0107e mlijeko**, mije\u0161aju\u0107i stalno dok se karamel potpuno ne otopi.<br \/>\nU posebnoj posudi izmije\u0161aj \u017eumanca, gustin i 4 ka\u0161ike hladnog mlijeka.<br \/>\nSmjesu dodaj u karamel mlijeko i kuhaj na blagoj vatri dok se krema ne zgusne poput pudinga.<br \/>\nPokrij povr\u0161inu kreme folijom u dodiru s njom i ostavi da se ohladi.<br \/>\nMaslac izmiksaj dok ne postane pjenast, pa mu postepeno dodaj ohla\u0111enu kremu i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er.
