O\u010distite glavicu karfiola i isijecite je na cvjeti\u0107e. Bijeli luk sitno nasjeckajte.<br \/>\n2. U tavi na srednjoj temperaturi zagrijte 1 ka\u0161iku ulja i 15 g putera. Dodajte nasjeckani luk i pr\u017eite oko 30 sekundi da pusti aromu.<br \/>\n3. Dodajte cvjeti\u0107e karfiola, poklopite i pr\u017eite 2\u20133 minute. Promije\u0161ajte, ponovo poklopite i pr\u017eite jo\u0161 2\u20133 minute.<br \/>\n4. Za\u010dinite solju i biberom po ukusu, promije\u0161ajte i dinstajte dok karfiol potpuno ne omek\u0161a. Zatim ga prebacite u vatrostalnu posudu i ostavite sa strane.<\/p>\n<p>5. Gljive isijecite na trake. U istoj tavi dodajte 1 ka\u0161i\u010dicu ulja i pr\u017eite ih na srednjoj temperaturi dok ne ispuste svu te\u010dnost i ona ne ispari.<br \/>\n6. Dodajte 1 ka\u0161iku ulja i sitno nasjeckani crni luk. Pr\u017eite oko 2 minute uz povremeno mije\u0161anje.<br \/>\n7. Dodajte 15 g putera i nastavite kratko pr\u017eiti. Za\u010dinite solju i biberom.<br \/>\n8. Vratite karfiol u tavu s gljivama. Dodajte mljevenu papriku i soja sos, pa lagano promije\u0161ajte da se ukusi sjedine.<br \/>\n9. Na kraju dodajte sitno nasjeckan kopar ili per\u0161un, promije\u0161ajte i sklonite s vatre.<br \/>\n10.
