Idealni su kao desert, lagana u\u017eina ili uz popodnevni \u010daj! \u2615\u2728<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Za keksi\u0107e:<br \/>\n250 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n1\/2 ka\u0161i\u010dice sode bikarbone<br \/>\n1\/4 ka\u0161i\u010dice soli<br \/>\nNaribana korica 1 ve\u0107eg limuna<br \/>\n115 g hladnog putera (narezanog na kockice)<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n60 ml svje\u017ee iscije\u0111enog limunovog soka<br \/>\n80 ml jogurta ili mla\u0107enice<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica ekstrakta vanilije<\/p>\n<p>Za limun glazuru (opcionalno):<br \/>\n120 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n2\u20133 ka\u0161ike svje\u017eeg limunovog soka<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica naribane korice limuna<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Zagrijte rernu:<br \/>\nZagrijte rernu na 175\u00b0C i oblo\u017eite pleh papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Pomije\u0161ajte suhe sastojke:<br \/>\nU ve\u0107oj posudi umutite bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, so i koricu limuna.<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte puter:<br \/>\nUbacite hladan puter i pomo\u0107u vilju\u0161ke ili prstima utrljajte dok ne dobijete mrvi\u010dastu smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>Pomije\u0161ajte mokre sastojke:<br \/>\nU drugoj posudi umutite jaje, limunov sok, jogurt (ili mla\u0107enicu) i vaniliju dok smjesa ne postane glatka.<\/p>\n<p>Formirajte tijesto:<br \/>\nUlijte mokre sastojke u suhe i lagano izmije\u0161ajte. Ne mije\u0161ajte previ\u0161e \u2014 tijesto treba ostati mekano i blago ljepljivo.<\/p>\n<p>Oblikujte keksi\u0107e:<br \/>\nKa\u0161ikom vadite tijesto i stavljajte ga na pripremljeni pleh, ostavljaju\u0107i razmak od oko 5 cm izme\u0111u keksi\u0107a. Po \u017eelji, lagano poravnajte vrhove.<\/p>\n<p>Pecite:<br \/>\nPecite 12\u201315 minuta, dok keksi\u0107i ne dobiju blago zlatne rubove.
