Lako se pripremaju, a njihov nje\u017ean, topivi okus u ustima odu\u0161evit \u0107e sve ljubitelje doma\u0107ih slastica.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Za Tijesto:<br \/>\n* 100 g maslaca (sobne temperature)<br \/>\n* 3 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n* Prstohvat soli<br \/>\n* 1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\n* 1 \u017eumanjak<br \/>\n* 4 ka\u0161ike jogurta<br \/>\n* 2,5 \u0161olje bra\u0161na (oko 300 g)<br \/>\n* Pola pra\u0161ka za pecivo<\/p>\n<p>Za Punjenje:<br \/>\n* 1 bjelanjak<br \/>\n* 50 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n* 1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\n* 100 g suhih kajsija (sitno sjeckanih)<br \/>\n* 100 g suhih gro\u017e\u0111ica<br \/>\n* 80 g oraha (krupno sjeckanih)<\/p>\n<p>Za Posipanje:<br \/>\n* \u0160e\u0107er u prahu<\/p>\n<p>Upute<\/p>\n<p>Priprema Tijesta:<br \/>\n1. U posudu dodajte maslac, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Dobro izmije\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete kremastu smjesu.<br \/>\n2. Dodajte \u017eumanjak i jogurt, pa ponovo izmije\u0161ajte.<br \/>\n3. Postepeno dodajte prosijano bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo, te umijesite mekano, glatko tijesto koje se ne lijepi za ruke.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema Punjenja:<br \/>\n1. Bjelanjak umutite sa \u0161e\u0107erom dok ne postane lagano pjenast.<br \/>\n2. Dodajte vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, sjeckane suhe kajsije, gro\u017e\u0111ice i orahe. Sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>Oblikovanje i Pe\u010denje:<br \/>\n1. Tijesto podijelite na tri jednaka dijela.<br \/>\n2. Svaki dio tijesta razvaljajte u pravougaonik.<br \/>\n3. Rasporedite pripremljeni nadjev po povr\u0161ini tijesta.<br \/>\n4. Zarolajte tijesto u rolat.<br \/>\n5. Rolate prenesite na pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje.<br \/>\n6. No\u017eem napravite lagane rezove na povr\u0161ini rolata za dekoraciju.<br \/>\n7.
