Oprati krompire, obrisati ih, utrljati maslinovo ulje, posoliti i pobiberiti. Vilju\u0161kom izbockati vi\u0161e puta.<\/p>\n<p>2. **Prvo pe\u010denje:** Krompire staviti direktno na re\u0161etku ili pleh i pe\u0107i 50\u201360 minuta dok kora ne postane hrskava, a unutra\u0161njost mekana.<\/p>\n<p>3. **Priprema nadjeva:** Na srednje jakoj vatri u tiganju rastopiti puter sa 1 ka\u0161ikom maslinovog ulja. Dodati sjeckani luk i propr\u017eiti 3\u20134 minute dok ne omek\u0161a.<\/p>\n<p>4. **Meso:** Dodati mljevenu govedinu, za\u010diniti solju, biberom, suvim bijelim lukom i paprikom. Pr\u017eiti 6\u20138 minuta dok meso ne porumeni.<\/p>\n<p>5. **Povr\u0107e:** Dodati \u0161ampinjone i pr\u017eiti 4\u20135 minuta dok ne omek\u0161aju. Dodati bijeli luk i spana\u0107, pr\u017eiti jo\u0161 2 minute, za\u010diniti Herbes de Provence i skloniti s vatre.<\/p>\n<p>6. **Priprema krompira za punjenje:** Ohla\u0111ene krompire prepoloviti po du\u017eini. Ka\u0161ikom izvaditi unutra\u0161njost ostavljaju\u0107i oko 1 cm mesa krompira uz koru. Sa\u010duvati izva\u0111eno meso.<\/p>\n<p>7. **Nadjev:** Izgnje\u010diti sa\u010duvano meso krompira sa jajetom, dodati smjesu mesa i povr\u0107a, dobro sjediniti, po potrebi dodatno posoliti i pobiberiti.<\/p>\n<p>8. **Punjenje:** Smjesu rasporediti u krompir, malo pretrpati. Posuti naribanim mocarela sirom.<\/p>\n<p>9. **Zavr\u0161no pe\u010denje:** Vratiti punjene krompire u rernu i pe\u0107i 15\u201320 minuta dok sir ne porumeni i postane zlatno-sme\u0111.<\/p>\n<p>10. **Salata:** U velikoj posudi pomije\u0161ati paradajz, krastavce, mocarela kuglice, salatu, crveni luk i bosiljak.<\/p>\n<p>11. **Preliv:** U maloj posudi umutiti maslinovo ulje, limunov sok, soja sos, bijeli luk, senf, so i biber.
