Staviti u blender i kratko pulsirati ili izgnje\u010diti, pa procijediti kroz cjediljku da se dobije oko 500 ml \u010distog soka.<\/p>\n<p>2. **Mije\u0161anje smjese:** U \u0161erpu sipati procije\u0111en sok, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i gustin. Dobro izmije\u0161ati pjenja\u010dom da ne ostanu grudvice.<\/p>\n<p>3. **Kuhanje:** Kuhati na srednjoj vatri, stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i drvenom ka\u0161ikom ili silikonskom \u0161patulom. Smjesa \u0107e se postepeno zgu\u0161njavati.<\/p>\n<p>4. **Zavr\u0161etak kuhanja:** Kuhati 10\u201315 minuta uz neprekidno mije\u0161anje dok ne postane gusta, sjajna i providna. Ako koristite lje\u0161njake, dodajte ih u zadnje 2 minute kuhanja.<\/p>\n<p>5. **Priprema tepsije:** Dok se kuha, pripremiti posudu (oko 15 \u00d7 20 cm), podmazati je ili oblo\u017eiti papirom za pe\u010denje. Po dnu ravnomjerno rasporediti polovinu kokosovog bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>6. **Izlijevanje smjese:** Vru\u0107u smjesu izliti u posudu i poravnati povr\u0161inu. Ostaviti 1\u20132 sata da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi.<\/p>\n<p>7. **Hla\u0111enje:** Kada se prohladi, pokriti i staviti u fri\u017eider na 24 sata da se stegne.<\/p>\n<p>8. **Rezanje i uvaljavanje:** Sutradan izvaditi, istresti na dasku posutu kokosom i isje\u0107i na kockice (oko 2 \u00d7 2 cm).
