Ova verzija je potpuno prirodna \u2013 bez ulja, konzervansa i vinobrana \u2013 a povr\u0107e ostaje hrskavo i puno ukusa tokom cele zime.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema je jednostavna: sve\u017ee povr\u0107e se opere, isecka i prelije klju\u010dalom marinadom od sir\u0107eta, \u0161e\u0107era i soli. Nakon \u0161to preno\u0107i i upije arome, povr\u0107e se sla\u017ee u tegle, zaliva te\u010dno\u0161\u0107u i pasterizuje kako bi ostalo sve\u017ee do slede\u0107e sezone. Rezultat je \u0161arena, mirisna i hrskava tur\u0161ija koja se savr\u0161eno sla\u017ee uz pe\u010denje, pasulj, krompir ili kao predjelo.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Povr\u0107e:<br \/>\n2 kg korni\u0161ona<br \/>\n2 kg \u0161argarepe<br \/>\n2 kg zelenih paradajza<br \/>\n2 kg crvenih paprika<br \/>\n2 kg karfiol<br \/>\n(po \u017eelji dodati i sve\u017eu seckanu zelju ili kupus \u2013 odli\u010dna kombinacija)<\/p>\n<p>Za marinadu:<br \/>\n250 g soli<br \/>\n250 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n250 ml belog alkoholnog sir\u0107eta (9%)<br \/>\n1 pakovanje zrna crnog bibera<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>1. Priprema povr\u0107a<br \/>\nSve povr\u0107e dobro oprati i ise\u0107i na komade po \u017eelji \u2013 korni\u0161one na kolutove, \u0161argarepu na \u0161tapi\u0107e, paprike na trake, a karfiol razdvojiti na cvetove. Staviti sve u veliki sud ili lonac sa poklopcem.<\/p>\n<p>2. Marinada<br \/>\nU \u0161erpi pome\u0161ati so, \u0161e\u0107er i sir\u0107e. Naliti vodom samo koliko da prekrije smesu i zagrejati do klju\u010danja. Kad provri, preliti pripremljeno povr\u0107e, dodati biber u zrnu i sve dobro prome\u0161ati.
