TAKO ZDRAVA I UKUSNA DA JE PRAVIM SVAKI SEDMICU!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>**Povrtni Kaserol sa Kremastim Sosom i Umakom od Krastavca i Kopra**<\/p>\n<p>**Sastojci**<\/p>\n<p>Za povrtni kaserol:<br \/>\n1 srednja glavica cvjeta\u010de, podijeljena na cvjetove<br \/>\n1 srednja glavica brokule, podijeljena na cvjetove<br \/>\n1 veliki crveni luk, isje\u010den na kolutove<br \/>\n1 mrkva, isjeckana<br \/>\n1 \u017euta paprika, isjeckana<br \/>\n3 srednja krompira, na kockice<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli (za kuhanje povr\u0107a)<br \/>\nBiber po ukusu<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica suhog bosiljka<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica suhog bijelog luka u prahu<\/p>\n<p>Za kremasti sos:<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike (45g) putera<br \/>\n3 ka\u0161ike (24g) bra\u0161na<br \/>\n500ml povrtnog temeljca<br \/>\n100ml mlijeka<br \/>\n100g mocarele, rendane<br \/>\nSo i biber po ukusu<br \/>\n\u00bd ka\u0161i\u010dice suhog bosiljka<\/p>\n<p>Za umak od krastavca i kopra:<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161i\u010dice gr\u010dkog jogurta ili kisele pavlake<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica majoneze<br \/>\n1 \u010den bijelog luka, sitno isjeckan<br \/>\n1 mali krastavac, sitno isjeckan<br \/>\nSvje\u017ei kopar, isjeckan<br \/>\nSo i biber po ukusu<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema**<\/p>\n<p>1. U velikom loncu zakuhati vodu sa solju. Ubaciti cvjetove cvjeta\u010de i kuhati 5 minuta. Izvaditi i ostaviti sa strane.<br \/>\n2. U istu vodu dodati brokulu i kuhati 2 minute, zatim ocijediti i ostaviti sa strane.<br \/>\n3. U tavi zagrijati maslinovo ulje i dodati luk. Dinstati 5 minuta dok ne omek\u0161a.<br \/>\n4. Dodati mrkvu i papriku, pa kuhati jo\u0161 3-4 minute.<br \/>\n5. Ubaciti krompir, so, biber, bosiljak i bijeli luk u prahu. Promije\u0161ati, poklopiti i kuhati 5-7 minuta da krompir omek\u0161a.<\/p>\n<p>**Kremasti sos**<br \/>\n6\\. U \u0161erpi otopiti puter na srednjoj vatri, dodati bra\u0161no i mije\u0161ati 1 minut.<br \/>\n7\\. Postepeno dodavati povrtni temeljac uz neprestano mije\u0161anje da se ne stvore grudvice.<br \/>\n8\\. Dodati mlijeko i kuhati 3-4 minute dok se sos ne zgusne.<br \/>\n9\\. Za\u010diniti solju, biberom i bosiljkom, pa skloniti s vatre.<\/p>\n<p>**Sastavljanje i pe\u010denje**<br \/>\n10\\. Zagrijati rernu na 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n11\\. U vatrostalnu posudu staviti kuhanu cvjeta\u010du, brokulu i dinstano povr\u0107e.<br \/>\n12\\. Preliti kremastim sosom i lagano izmije\u0161ati.<br \/>\n13\\. Posuti rendanom mocarelom.<br \/>\n14\\. Pe\u0107i 15 minuta dok sir ne postane zlatan i penast.<\/p>\n<p>**Umak od krastavca i kopra**<br \/>\n15\\. U zdjelici pomije\u0161ati jogurt, majonezu, bijeli luk, krastavac i kopar.<br \/>\n16\\. Za\u010diniti solju i biberom.
