Mekan, So\u010dan I APS0LUTN0 Divan!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>Za Basbousa testo:<br \/>\n\u2013 320 g (2 \u0161olje) griza<br \/>\n\u2013 200 g (1 \u0161olja) \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u2013 125 ml (\u00bd \u0161olje) obi\u010dnog jogurta<br \/>\n\u2013 125 ml (\u00bd \u0161olje) mleka<br \/>\n\u2013 125 ml (\u00bd \u0161olje) otopljenog putera ili biljnog ulja<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00bd ka\u0161i\u010dice vanilin ekstrakta<br \/>\n\u2013 Bademi (za dekoraciju, po \u017eelji)<\/p>\n<p>Za kremasti fil:<br \/>\n\u2013 500 ml (2 \u0161olje) mleka<br \/>\n\u2013 3 ka\u0161ike kukuruznog skroba<br \/>\n\u2013 3 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica vanilin ekstrakta<\/p>\n<p>Za \u0161e\u0107erni sirup:<br \/>\n\u2013 200 g (1 \u0161olja) \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u2013 250 ml (1 \u0161olja) vode<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161lica limunovog soka<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica ru\u017eine vode ili narand\u017einog cvetnog ekstrakta (po \u017eelji)<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>1. Priprema \u0161e\u0107ernog sirupa:<br \/>\n\u2013 U \u0161erpi pome\u0161ajte \u0161e\u0107er i vodu. Sklapanje i pe\u010denje:<br \/>\n\u2013 Zagrejte rernu na 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) i podma\u017eite pleh (dimenzija 23\u00d733 cm je idealna).<br \/>\n\u2013 Rasporedite prvu polovinu testa ravnomerno na dno pleha.<br \/>\n\u2013 Preko prve slo\u017eene smese sipajte kremasti fil i ravnomerno ga rasporedite.<br \/>\n\u2013 Na vrh stavite drugu polovinu testa i pa\u017eljivo izravnajte da pokrijete kremasti sloj.<br \/>\n\u2013 Po \u017eelji, ukrasite bademima.<\/p>\n<p>5. Pe\u010denje:<br \/>\n\u2013 Pe\u0107i 35-40 minuta, ili dok gornji deo ne postane zlatno sme\u0111i.<br \/>\n\u2013 Nakon pe\u010denja, odmah prelijte ohla\u0111eni sirup ravnomerno po vru\u0107em Basbousa.<\/p>\n<p>6.
