Pe\u0107i (u tepsiji cca 20x35cm) na 180\u00b0C oko 20 min\u2026 ovisi od pe\u0107nice\u2026 provjeriti vilicom kad je pe\u010deno.<\/p>\n<p>Izrada file:<br \/>\nSlatko vrhnje, \u010dokoladu i \u0161e\u0107er zagrijavati na laganoj vatri (mije\u0161aju\u0107i polagano) dok ne provri.<br \/>\nPe\u010deni biskvit izbockati vilicom na nekoliko mijesta i dok je jo\u0161 topao preliti ga sa toplom kremom. Krema je dosta rijetka ali je ne treba dodatno miksati ili bilo \u0161to dodavati jer \u0107e se nakon nekoliko sati u hladnjaku stisnuti.
