Narendaj krompir na sitno ribe\u017e.<br \/>\n2. Stavi ga u \u010diniju i dobro iscijedi vi\u0161ak teku\u0107ine.<br \/>\n3. U posebnoj \u010diniji umutiti jaja sa solju, biberom i origanom.<br \/>\n4. Dodaj jaja narendanom krompiru i promije\u0161aj.<br \/>\n5. Umije\u0161aj bra\u0161no dok se ne dobije gusta smjesa.<br \/>\n6. Zagrij ulje na srednje jakoj vatri.<br \/>\n7. Stavljaj ka\u0161iku smjese u tavu i oblikuj tanke pala\u010dinke.<br \/>\n8. Pr\u017ei ih 4\u20135 minuta sa svake strane dok ne porumene.<br \/>\n9. Stavi sa strane na papirni ubrus da se ocijede.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema pile\u0107eg nadjeva:**<\/p>\n<p>1. Sitno nasjeckaj pile\u0107e filete ili ih samelji.<br \/>\n2. Zagrij malo ulja na tavi, dodaj luk i pr\u017ei dok ne postane staklast.<br \/>\n3. Dodaj bijeli luk i pr\u017ei jo\u0161 minut.<br \/>\n4. Dodaj gljive i pr\u017ei dok ne ispuste te\u010dnost i omek\u0161aju.<br \/>\n5. Dodaj piletinu i pr\u017ei dok meso ne bude potpuno kuhano.<br \/>\n6. Posoli, pobiberi i dodaj origano po ukusu.<br \/>\n7. Umije\u0161aj nasjeckani per\u0161un i skloni s vatre.<\/p>\n<p>**Punjenje i motanje pala\u010dinki:**<\/p>\n<p>1. Polo\u017ei pala\u010dinku na ravnu povr\u0161inu.<br \/>\n2. Na sredinu stavi malo pile\u0107eg nadjeva.<br \/>\n3. Urolaj kao sarmu ili rolnu.<br \/>\n4. Ponavljaj dok ne potro\u0161i\u0161 sve sastojke.<\/p>\n<p>**Pe\u010denje:**<\/p>\n<p>1. Zagrij rernu na 180\u00b0C.<br \/>\n2. Naulji posudu za pe\u010denje.<br \/>\n3. Slo\u017ei urolane pala\u010dinke u posudu.<br \/>\n4. Peci 35 minuta.<br \/>\n5. Izvadi iz rerne, pospi narendanom mocarelom i vrati jo\u0161 10 minuta da se sir otopi i porumeni.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema salate od pe\u010denog povr\u0107a:**<\/p>\n<p>1. Zagrij maslinovo ulje u tavi.<br \/>\n2. Dodaj patlid\u017ean i pr\u017ei dok ne porumeni.<br \/>\n3. Premjesti u ve\u0107u zdjelu.<br \/>\n4. Dodaj paradajz, papriku, per\u0161un i narendani bijeli luk.<br \/>\n5. Za\u010dini solju, biberom i origanom, dodaj malo maslinovog ulja.<br \/>\n6.
