Tajni sastojak ce vas oduseviti!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>**Sastojci:**<\/p>\n<p>**Za tijesto:**<br \/>\n\u2013 7 ka\u0161ika (80g) granuliranog \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica (4g) suhog kvasca<br \/>\n\u2013 1 \u0161olja (250ml) mlake mlijeka<br \/>\n\u2013 1 veliko jaje<br \/>\n\u2013 2 ka\u0161ike (30ml) biljnog ulja<br \/>\n\u2013 4 \u0161olje (500g) bra\u0161na<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica (4g) soli<\/p>\n<p>**Za punjenje:**<br \/>\n\u2013 1\/3 \u0161olje (80g) neslanog maslaca, otopljenog<br \/>\n\u2013 1\/2 \u0161olje (80g) granuliranog \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica mljevenog cimeta<br \/>\n\u2013 1\/2 \u0161olje (100g) sitno sjeckanih oraha<\/p>\n<p>**Za kremasti sirni preliv:**<br \/>\n\u2013 1 1\/4 \u0161olje (300g) kremastog sira, omek\u0161anog<br \/>\n\u2013 3 ka\u0161ike (45ml) mlijeka<br \/>\n\u2013 1\/2 \u0161olje (100g) prah \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<p>**Uputstvo:**<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema tijesta:**<br \/>\n1. U velikoj zdjeli pome\u0161ajte 7 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era sa 1 ka\u0161i\u010dicom kvasca.<br \/>\n2. Dodajte 1 \u0161olju mlakog mlijeka i ostavite da odstoji 5-10 minuta, dok smjesa ne postane pjenasta.<br \/>\n3. Umutite 1 jaje i 2 ka\u0161ike biljnog ulja.<br \/>\n4. Postepeno dodajte 4 \u0161olje bra\u0161na i 1 ka\u0161i\u010dicu soli.<br \/>\n5. Mijesite tijesto na lagano pobra\u0161njenoj povr\u0161ini 5-7 minuta dok ne postane glatko i elasti\u010dno.<br \/>\n6. Stavite tijesto u blago nauljenu zdjelu, okrenite ga da se oblo\u017ei uljem.<br \/>\n7. Pokrijte plasti\u010dnom folijom i ostavite na toplom mestu bez promaje da naraste 1-1,5 sata, ili dok ne udvostru\u010di veli\u010dinu.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema punjenja:**<br \/>\n1. U maloj zdjeli pome\u0161ajte otopljeni maslac, 1\/2 \u0161olje \u0161e\u0107era, cimet i sjeckane orahe.<\/p>\n<p>**Oblikovanje i pe\u010denje:**<br \/>\n1. Udubite nadospelo tijesto i podelite ga na 9 jednakih dijelova.<br \/>\n2. Svaki deo oblikujte u pravougaonik.<br \/>\n3. Na svaki pravougaonik nanesite pripremljeno punjenje.<br \/>\n4. Uvijte tijesto \u010dvrsto i stavite ga sa spojem prema dolje na pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje.<br \/>\n5. Ostavite rolnice da odmaraju 20 minuta.<br \/>\n6. Zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na 175\u00b0C.<br \/>\n7. Pecite 18-20 minuta, ili dok ne postanu zlatno sme\u0111e.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema prelivanja:**<br \/>\n1. U srednjoj zdjeli, umutite kremasti sir, mlijeko i prah \u0161e\u0107er dok ne postane glatko i kremasto.<\/p>\n<p>**Zavr\u0161na obrada:**<br \/>\n1. Ostavite rolnice da se malo ohlade prije nego ih prelijete.<br \/>\n2.
