Posoliti i pobiberiti.<br \/>\nPripremiti tri posude: u prvoj bra\u0161no, u drugoj umu\u0107ena jaja, u tre\u0107oj prezle pomije\u0161ane s parmezanom.<br \/>\nPiletinu uvaljati prvo u bra\u0161no, zatim u jaja pa u prezle s parmezanom. Ostaviti da odmori 5\u201310 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u017eenje<br \/>\nU tavi zagrijati oko 0,5 cm ulja na srednje jakoj vatri.<br \/>\nPohovanu piletinu pr\u017eiti 4\u20135 minuta sa svake strane, dok ne porumeni i ne dostigne 74\u00b0C u sredini.<br \/>\nIzvaditi i staviti na papir da se ocijedi.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema sosa<br \/>\nU istoj tavi ostaviti 1 ka\u0161iku ulja od pr\u017eenja, dodati puter i sitno sjeckani bijeli luk, kratko propr\u017eiti.<br \/>\nDodati vrhnje za kuhanje i promije\u0161ati. Ubaciti timijan ili italijanske za\u010dine.<br \/>\nPolako dodavati ribani parmezan uz mije\u0161anje dok se sos ne zgusne (3\u20134 minute).<br \/>\nZa\u010diniti po ukusu.<\/p>\n<p>Serviranje<br \/>\nPiletinu preliti kremastim sosom ili poslu\u017eiti sos sa strane.
