U posudu staviti bra\u0161no, so i umu\u0107eno jaje. Dodati mlijeko i mje\u0161ati dok se grudvice ne rastvore. Tako pripremljenu smjesu ostaviti da ostoji.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Na maslacu ispr\u017eiti luk i dodati predhodno isjeckane gljive. Tome dodati skuhanu piletinu.<br \/>U tavu istopiti maslac i dodati bra\u0161no u to sipati mlijeko uz neprestano mije\u0161anje 5 min. Pola bijelog sosa sasuti u piletinu, posoliti i pobiberiti. Drugu polovinu sosa vratiti na vatru, dodati vrhnje za kuhanje, posoliti i pobiberiti.<br \/>Smjesu za pala\u010dinke pe\u0107i na zagrijanom ulju u tavi.<br \/>Svaki pala\u010dinak nafilovati sa mesom i zarolati.<br \/>Nakon \u0161to smo sve pala\u010dinke zarolali redati ih u vatrostalnu posudu i preliti bijelim sosom.
