Filete posolite i pobiberite. Uvaljajte u bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ano s paprikom, lukom i bijelim lukom u prahu.<br \/>\n2. Na tavi ugrijte ulje i puter, pa pr\u017eite filete 4\u20135 min sa svake strane dok ne porumene. Izvadite i ostavite sa strane.<br \/>\n3. Vratite piletinu u tavu, prelijte umakom, poklopite i lagano kuhajte 15 min.<br \/>\n6. Za pire: krompir i mrkvu kuhajte u slanoj vodi 15\u201318 min dok ne omek\u0161aju. Ocijedite, dodajte puter i mlijeko, pa izgnje\u010dite u glatki pire. Umije\u0161ajte so, biber i mladi luk.<br \/>\n7. Poslu\u017eite piletinu s kremastim pireom i prelijte bogatim umakom od gljiva.
