Sve dobro izmije\u0161ati i sjediniti. Od ove koli\u010dine mesa dobit \u0107ete dvije mesne \u0161truce idealne debljine za pe\u010denje.<br>\nNa pripremljenu alu foliju stavite polovicu mesne smjese te pritiskaju\u0107i rukama oblikujte pravkoutnik debljine cca 1 cm. Preko cijele povr\u0161ine mesa naribajte polovicu sira, a potom uz pomo\u0107 folije polako savijajte meso u roladu. Kada ste oblikovali roladu, rubove ugurajte prstima prema unutra kako bi se rolada \u2018zatvorila\u2019 sa strane i kako sir ne bi pretjerano curio prilikom pe\u010denja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pripremite i drugi komad alu folije pa preko njega poredajte pancetu tako da se \u0161nite preklapaju kao crijep. Na pancetu polo\u017eite mesnu roladu, pa opet uz pomo\u0107 folije oblo\u017eite cijelu roladu pancetom.<br>\nU lim za pe\u010denje ulijte malo ulja, dodajte vino, posolite te u sredinu stavite rolade. Pokrijte alu folijom (ili kakvim poklopcem) i pecite pokriveno u sredini pe\u0107nice na 200\u00b0C 30 minuta. Potom makite foliju pa nastavite pe\u0107i do kraja jo\u0161 35 minuta.
