Neki ljudi vole da mariniraju meso cele no\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marinada sa limunom i ruzmarinom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ova marinada je idealna za piletinu jer daje ukus citrusa i sve\u017eih za\u010dina. Marinada se mo\u017ee pripremiti unapred i \u010duvati u zatvorenoj posudi u fri\u017eideru do 1 nedelje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klasi\u010dna marinada<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\n100 ml suncokretovog ulja<br \/>\n100 ml maslinovog ulja<br \/>\n100 ml jabukovog sir\u0107eta<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike soli<br \/>\n2 \u010dena belog luka<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika bibera<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica mlevene paprike<br \/>\n1 crni luk<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nCrni i beli luk sitno iseckajte, pa ih stavite u dublju \u010diniju. Obe vrste ulja, sir\u0107e i za\u010dine dodajte u \u010diniju sa lukom, pa sve zajedno prome\u0161ajte. Komade mesa uma\u010dite u dobijenu smesu i sla\u017eite u ve\u0107u posudu, a na kraju meso zalijte preostalom marinadom i poklopite.
