Pusti da naraste 1 i po sat, dok se volumen ne udvostru\u010di.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon dizanja, podijeli tijesto na dva jednaka dijela. Razvuci jedan dio na debljinu oko 0,6 cm. Pa\u017eljivo spu\u0161taj po nekoliko krofni u ulje (skini ih s papira prije pr\u017eenja).<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u017ei 2-3 minute s jedne strane dok ne porumene, zatim ih okreni i pr\u017ei jo\u0161 najvi\u0161e 1 minutu.<\/p>\n<p>Izvadi krofne na re\u0161etku ili papirni ubrus da se ocijede.<\/p>\n<p>Ako \u017eeli\u0161 glazuru ili umak, sa\u010dekaj da se krofne ohlade.
