Ako koristi\u0161 kiseli kupus, iscedi ga dobro i iseckaj.<\/p>\n<p>2. **Priprema luka:** U tavi zagrej ulje i propr\u017ei sitno iseckan crni luk dok ne postane staklast.<\/p>\n<p>3. **Priprema kupusa:** Dodaj kupus u tavu sa lukom i dinstaj na srednjoj vatri oko 15 minuta (ako koristi\u0161 sve\u017e kupus, dodaj malo vode ili supe da bi omek\u0161ao). Ako koristi\u0161 kiseli kupus, samo ga propr\u017ei dok ne omek\u0161a. Posoli, pobiberi i dodaj za\u010dine.<\/p>\n<p>4. **Priprema jaja:** U zasebnoj posudi, umutiti jaja i pavlaku. Dodaj malo soli i bibera, a po \u017eelji mo\u017ee\u0161 dodati i 1 ka\u0161i\u010dicu su\u0161enog za\u010dina.<\/p>\n<p>5. **Slaganje u vatrostalnu posudu:** U podmazanu vatrostalnu posudu stavi sloj kupusa. Ako \u017eeli\u0161, mo\u017ee\u0161 dodati i sitno iseckan krompir na dno posude za dodatnu so\u010dnost i bogatstvo ukusa.<\/p>\n<p>6. **Dodavanje jaja:** Preko kupusa izlije\u0161 pripremljena umu\u0107ena jaja sa pavlakom. Mo\u017ee\u0161 dodati i malo rendanog sira ako \u017eeli\u0161 da jelo bude kremasto i sa koricom sira.<\/p>\n<p>7. **Pe\u010denje:** Pokrij posudu aluminijumskom folijom i stavi u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 180\u00b0C. Peci oko 30-40 minuta, a poslednjih 10 minuta ukloni foliju da bi jelo dobilo lepu zlatno-sme\u0111u boju.<\/p>\n<p>8. **Poslu\u017eivanje:** Kada se jelo ispe\u010de, ostavi da se malo ohladi pre nego \u0161to ga ise\u010de\u0161.
