Kad zakuha- dodajte mje\u0161avinu pudinga i gustina i kuhajte dok se smjesa ne zgusne. U vru\u0107u umiksajte otopljenu \u017eelatinu i prekrijte prozirnom folijom tik uz kremu te ostavite da se ohladi na sobnu temperaturu.U ohla\u0111enu kremu (na sobnu temperaturu) lagano umje\u0161ajte tu\u010deno slatko vrhnje.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Ganache<br \/>150 ml slatkog vrhnja<br \/>100 gr tamne \u010dokolade<br \/>Zagrijte vrhnje i dodajte mu \u010dokoladu. Mje\u0161ajte dok se \u010dokolada skroz ne otopi. Ostavite da se lagano hladi na sobnu temperaturu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Kore (radite ovu smjesu x3- za svaku koru posebno)<br \/>70 gr bjelanjaka (cca 2 bjelanjka)<br \/>60 gr \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>10 gr bra\u0161na<br \/>10 gr gustina<br \/>10 gr kakaa<br \/>1 kavena \u017elica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>1 ju\u0161na \u017elica ulja<br \/>1 ju\u0161na \u017elica mlijeka<br \/>1 ju\u0161na \u017elica ruma<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Priprema<br \/>Miksajte bjelanjca i postepeno dadajite \u0161e\u0107er da se dobije \u010dvrsti snijeg. Ostavite mikser i dalje mje\u0161ajte ru\u010dno- lagano umje\u0161ajte preostale teku\u0107e sastojke pa pra\u0161kaste. Izlijte u kalup za tortu promjera 24 cm. Pecite cca 15 min na 160 \u00b0C.<br \/>U kalup u kojem pe\u010dete- obavezno stavite pek papir- koru ostavljate da se hladi na njemu i tek kad se ohladi skidate papir. (vidi napomenu na dnu teksta!)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pe\u010dete 3 kore- svaku posebno i svaku pe\u010denu prelijete sa 1\/3 ganachea i ostavite da se hladi.<br \/>E sad se vra\u0107amo na kremu.. kore su ohla\u0111ene i stavljamo ih na podlo\u017eak za tortu, a oko njih je rastezljivi obru\u010d za torte oblo\u017een prozirnom folijom. Sla\u017eemo kora sa ganacheom, 1\/3 kreme, kora itd. Zavr\u0161avamo sa kremom.<br \/>Tortu je najbolje ostaviti da preno\u0107i u kalupu i da se lijepo stegne.<br \/>Za premaz oko torte i dekoraciju \u2013 ja sam rastopila 100 gr \u010dokolade u 1 dcl slatkog vrhnja.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>Napomena!!<br \/>Kore su prili\u010dno lagane i osjetljive- pazite da ih ne prepe\u010dete jer \u0107e vam postati gumaste i pazite kad ih prenosite u kalup da ne puknu.
