Desert koji \u0107e nestati prije nego \u0161to se ohladi!\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Za puding od vanilije:<br \/>\n1 litar punomasnog mlijeka<br \/>\n250 g kondenzovanog mlijeka<br \/>\n150 g gustina (kukuruznog skroba)<br \/>\n100 ml mlijeka (za razmutiti gustin)<br \/>\n5 g vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n20 g putera<\/p>\n<p>Za preljev od breskve:<br \/>\n2 breskve, oguljene i nasjeckane<br \/>\n30 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n20 g gustina<br \/>\n50 ml vode (po potrebi dodati jo\u0161)<\/p>\n<p>Za ukra\u0161avanje:<br \/>\nKokosove mrvice (po \u017eelji)<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd63 Priprema \u2013 korak po korak<\/p>\n<p>1. Priprema pudinga od vanilije<br \/>\nU ve\u0107oj \u0161erpi pomije\u0161ajte 1 litar mlijeka i kondenzovano mlijeko. Mije\u0161ajte na srednje jakoj vatri dok se smjesa ne zagrije.<br \/>\nU posebnoj posudi razmutite 150 g gustina sa 100 ml mlijeka, dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu bez grudvica.<br \/>\nKad se mlijeko zagrije, dodajte razmu\u0107eni gustin i neprestano mije\u0161ajte da se ne stvore grudvice.<br \/>\nDodajte vanilin \u0161e\u0107er.<\/p>\n<p>Kuhajte uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se smjesa ne zgusne u kremastu, pudingastu teksturu.<br \/>\nSkinite s vatre i umije\u0161ajte puter da puding bude jo\u0161 svilenkastiji.<br \/>\nSipajte puding u \u010da\u0161e, zdjelice ili jednu ve\u0107u posudu. Poravnajte povr\u0161inu i ostavite da se malo ohladi, zatim stavite u fri\u017eider.<\/p>\n<p>2. Priprema preljeva od breskve<br \/>\nU manjoj \u0161erpi pomije\u0161ajte nasjeckane breskve i \u0161e\u0107er.<br \/>\nU 50 ml vode razmutite 20 g gustina, pa dodajte u \u0161erpu s breskvama.<br \/>\nKuhajte na srednje jakoj vatri dok se breskve ne omek\u0161aju i smjesa ne zgusne u vo\u0107ni preljev. Ako je previ\u0161e gusto, dodajte jo\u0161 malo vode.<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite da se malo ohladi, pa pa\u017eljivo prelijte preko ohla\u0111enog sloja pudinga.<br \/>\nPoravnajte i vratite desert u fri\u017eider.<\/p>\n<p>3.
