Priprema pile\u0107ih fileta:**<br \/>\n* Pile\u0107e filete isecite na tanke \u0161nicle, najbolje popre\u010dno, da budu manje i lak\u0161e za pr\u017eenje.<br \/>\n* U ve\u0107oj posudi, dodajte pile\u0107e \u0161nicle i za\u010dine (so, origano, mljevenu papriku, crni biber i kari). Dobro promije\u0161ajte da se za\u010dini ravnomjerno rasporede.<\/p>\n<p>**2. Priprema tajnog sosa:**<br \/>\n* U posebnoj posudi, umutite jaje sa gaziranom mineralnom vodom dok ne dobijete pjenastu smjesu.<br \/>\n* Dodajte bra\u0161no i nastavite mije\u0161ati dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu bez grudvica.<\/p>\n<p>**3.
