Nare\u017ei patlid\u017eane na kolutove debljine oko 1 cm.<br \/>\n2. Svaki kolut posoli i pobiberi s obje strane. Lagano utrljaj za\u010dine u povr\u0161inu.<br \/>\n3. Slo\u017ei ih na dasku ili veliki tanjir i ostavi 15 minuta da puste vodu i gor\u010dinu.<br \/>\n4. Nakon toga ih dobro posu\u0161i papirnim ubrusima.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema smjese s jajima:<br \/>\n1. Umuti jaja u velikoj zdjeli s 1 ka\u0161i\u010dicom soli i paprikom dok ne postanu blago pjenasta.<br \/>\n2. Umije\u0161aj naribani sir i sjeckani per\u0161un.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema salate:<br \/>\n1. Nare\u017ei krastavce na tanke koluti\u0107e (najbolje na mandolinu).<br \/>\n2. Posoli ih s 2 ka\u0161i\u010dice soli, promije\u0161aj i ostavi 15 minuta.<br \/>\n3. Ocijedi vi\u0161ak teku\u0107ine pritiskanjem rukama.<br \/>\n4. Dodaj limunov sok, ulje i sjeckane listi\u0107e mente. Po \u017eelji dodaj jo\u0161 limunovog soka. Ohladi u fri\u017eideru najmanje 30 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Pohovanje i pr\u017eenje:<br \/>\n1. Pripremi tri tanjira: jedan s bra\u0161nom, drugi s jajima i sirom, tre\u0107i s prezlama.<br \/>\n2. Svaki kolut patlid\u017eana prvo uvaljaj u bra\u0161no, zatim umo\u010d u jaja, pa uvaljaj u prezle.<br \/>\n3. Zagrij ulje na srednje jakoj vatri (180\u00b0C). Ulje treba da \u0161u\u0161ti kada doda\u0161 fritulu.<br \/>\n4. Pr\u017ei po 3-5 minuta sa svake strane dok ne postanu zlatno-sme\u0111e i hrskave.<br \/>\n5.
