Priprema tijesta:<br \/>\nU dublju posudu stavite puter, ulje, jaje, griz, jogurt, sir\u0107e i pra\u0161ak za pecivo. Sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte. Zatim spojite dva kraja u oblik polumjeseca ili srca.<\/p>\n<p>3. Pe\u010denje:<br \/>\nPore\u0111ajte kola\u010di\u0107e u pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje. Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj rerni na 170\u00b0C dok ne dobiju zlatno-sme\u0111u boju (oko 25-30 minuta).<\/p>\n<p>4. Priprema \u0161erbeta:<br \/>\nDok se kola\u010di\u0107i peku, pripremite \u0161erbet: u \u0161erpu stavite vodu, \u0161e\u0107er i kri\u0161ku limuna. Kuhajte dok ne provri, pa nastavite kuhati jo\u0161 7\u20138 minuta. Skinite s vatre i ostavite da se prohladi.<\/p>\n<p>5. Zalivanje:<br \/>\nPe\u010dene kola\u010di\u0107e izvadite iz rerne i ostavite ih da odmore 5 minuta.
