Naribaj koricu od 3 limuna i sa\u010duvaj za kasnije.<br \/>\n2. Iscijedi limune da dobije\u0161 oko 90\u2013100 ml soka.<br \/>\n3. U srednjoj \u0161erpi sjedini limunov sok, koricu i \u0161e\u0107er. Zagrij na srednjoj temperaturi dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi i smjesa ne postane topla (nemoj da proklju\u010da).<\/p>\n<p>**Zgu\u0161njavanje fila:**<br \/>\n4\\. Postepeno dodaj gustin uz stalno mu\u0107enje pjenja\u010dom da se ne stvore grudvice.<br \/>\n5\\. Kuhaj uz neprestano mije\u0161anje 5\u20137 minuta dok se smjesa ne zgusne i ne poprimi kremastu teksturu koja lijepo prianja za ka\u0161iku.<br \/>\n6\\. Makni sa vatre i ostavi da se malo ohladi (5\u201310 minuta).<\/p>\n<p>**Hla\u0111enje:**<br \/>\n7\\. Prebaci krem u plitki tanjir i ravnomjerno ga rasporedi.<br \/>\n8\\. Ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi, pa prekrij i stavi u fri\u017eider na najmanje 2 sata da se potpuno ohladi i stegne.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema \u0161laga:**<br \/>\n9\\. U velikoj hladnoj posudi istu\u0107i hladnu slatku pavlaku mikserom na najja\u010doj brzini 3\u20134 minute dok ne dobije\u0161 mekane vrhove.<\/p>\n<p>**Spajanje fila i \u0161laga:**<br \/>\n10\\. Pa\u017eljivo sjedini ohla\u0111eni limunov krem sa \u0161lagom u dva dijela, lagano mije\u0161aju\u0107i spatulom da sa\u010duva\u0161 vazdu\u0161nu, laganu teksturu.<\/p>\n<p>**Serviranje:**<br \/>\n11\\. Sipaj ili istisni fil u kore za torte, tartove ili u \u010da\u0161e.<br \/>\n12\\. Dekori\u0161i dodatnom limunovom koricom, svje\u017eim bobicama ili listi\u0107ima mente.<br \/>\n13\\.
