Operite tikvicu i naribajte je krupno.<br \/>\n2. Stavite naribanu tikvicu u \u010distu kuhinjsku krpu ili sito i dobro iscijedite vi\u0161ak vode. Ovo je veoma va\u017eno kako pope\u010dci ne bi bili previ\u0161e vla\u017eni.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema smjese (5 minuta):**<br \/>\n1. U zdjeli umutite jaje.<br \/>\n2. Dodajte iscije\u0111enu tikvicu, ribani parmezan, so i biber, pa sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<br \/>\n3. Postepeno dodajte prezle dok ne dobijete gustu i oblikovanu smjesu. Koli\u010dina prezli mo\u017ee varirati u zavisnosti od koli\u010dine vode u tikvicama i veli\u010dine jajeta. Cilj je da smjesa ne bude previ\u0161e mekana, ali ni suha.<\/p>\n<p>**Pr\u017eenje (8\u201310 minuta):**<br \/>\n1. U tavi zagrijte malo ulja na srednje jakoj vatri.<br \/>\n2. Oblikujte male pope\u010dke debljine oko 1\u20131.5 cm.<br \/>\n3. Pr\u017eite ih u vrelom ulju dok ne postanu zlatno-sme\u0111i i hrskavi s obje strane (oko 3\u20134 minute po strani).<br \/>\n4. Gotove pope\u010dke stavite na papirne ubruse da upiju vi\u0161ak ulja.<\/p>\n<p>**Serviranje (odmah):**<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eite pope\u010dke dok su topli.
