Dobro obratite pa\u017enju na recept koji na\u0161i stari znaju napamet:<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\n2 kg cvekle<br \/>\n1 kg \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n3 kesice vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n3 kesice limuntusa (limunske kiseline)<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nCvekle operite, olju\u0161tite, a potom izre\u017eite na kolutove. \u0160erpu napunite sa 3 litara hladne vode,pa kuvajte dok ne proklju\u010da, smanjite temperaturu i kuvajte jo\u0161 otprilike 30 minuta. Sklonite sa \u0161poreta, pa izvadite cveklu. U \u0161erpu dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, pa me\u0161ajte dok se ne istopi. Na kraju dodajte vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i limuntus, me\u0161aju\u0107i dok se sastojci ne sjedine. U oprane i sterilisane staklene fla\u0161e sipajte vru\u0107 sok i dobro ih zatvorite. Nakon \u0161to se sok ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi, pa ga stavite u fri\u017eider.
