U toplom mleku rastopite kvasac sa malo \u0161e\u0107era i ostavite 5 minuta da se aktivira.<br \/>\nU ve\u0107u \u010diniju stavite bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i prstohvat soli. Dodajte nado\u0161li kvasac, jaje i ulje, pa zamesite mekano, glatko testo. Ako je potrebno, dodajte jo\u0161 malo bra\u0161na.<br \/>\nOstavite testo da naraste pokriveno, oko 45 minuta, dok ne udvostru\u010di volumen.<\/p>\n<p>Za to vreme pripremite fil: u \u0161erpicu sipajte mleko i \u0161e\u0107er, pustite da provri, pa ubacite mleveni mak i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Kratko kuvajte dok se ne zgusne, samo 1-2 minuta. Ostavite da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Naraslo testo razvucite na pobra\u0161njenoj povr\u0161ini u pravougaonik debljine oko 5 mm.<br \/>\nPrema\u017eite makom, pa pa\u017eljivo uvijte u rolat.
