Kombinacija jabuka, banana, ovsenih pahuljica, badema i prirodnih zasla\u0111iva\u010da \u010dini ga zdravim, ali i veoma ukusnim desertom.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>5 jabuka<br \/>\n2 zrele banane<br \/>\n200 g ovsenih pahuljica<br \/>\n150 g badema<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike kakao praha<br \/>\n\u0160aka suvog gro\u017e\u0111a<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161i\u010dica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika meda<br \/>\nRendana korica limuna i pomorand\u017ee<br \/>\n1-2 ka\u0161i\u010dice cimeta<br \/>\nSok od pola pomorand\u017ee i pola limuna<br \/>\n30 ml maslinovog ulja<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nPriprema vo\u0107a i osnovnih sastojaka:<br \/>\nO\u010distite i izrendajte jabuke.<br \/>\nZgnje\u010dite 2 zrele banane i pome\u0161ajte ih sa jabukama.<br \/>\nOvsene pahuljice, kakao prah i bademe usitnite u secku do teksture bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>Spajanje sastojaka:<br \/>\nDobijenu smesu od ovsenih pahuljica i badema pove\u017eite sa jabukama i bananom.<br \/>\nU smesu dodajte preostale sastojke: suvo gro\u017e\u0111e, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, med, rendane kore limuna i pomorand\u017ee, cimet, sok od limuna i pomorand\u017ee, te maslinovo ulje.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010denje:<br \/>\nSve dobro sjedinite, stavite u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 180-200 stepeni Celzijusa i pecite 35-40 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema preliv:<br \/>\nKada se kola\u010d ispe\u010de, odmah pripremite preliv.<br \/>\nIscedite sok od pola pomorand\u017ee i pola limuna, dodajte 3-4 ka\u0161ike marmelade od vi\u0161nje ili pomorand\u017ee i dobro pome\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nPrema\u017eite kola\u010d debljim slojem pripremljenog preljeva.<\/p>\n<p>Dodavanje \u010dokolade i badema:<br \/>\nOtopite 60 g tamne \u010dokolade i prelijte je preko kola\u010da.<br \/>\nNa kraju, pospite kola\u010d seckanim bademima za dodatnu hrskavost.<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj kola\u010d je savr\u0161en izbor za zdravu u\u017einu ili desert koji \u0107e zadovoljiti va\u0161u \u017eelju za slatkim, a istovremeno pru\u017eiti i mnoge nutritivne vrednosti!
