Paprike operite pa ih no\u017eem razre\u017eite po sredini, tako da peteljka ostane netaknuta, te im izvadite sjemenke. Nauljite vatrostalnu posudu, slo\u017eite paprike pa ih pecite dok ne omek\u0161aju. Izvadite ih iz pe\u0107nice, malo ih prohladite. U me\u0111uvremenu napravite nadjev.<br \/>Stavite feta sir u zdjelicu, zgnje\u010dite ga vilicom, dodajte mu jaje i kiselo vrhnje. Sve dobro promije\u0161ajte, pa dodajte per\u0161in, sol i papar. Paprike ogulite, malo posolite, rasporedite ih u vatrostalnu posudu, te u svaku papriku stavite malo nadjeva. Vratite ih u pe\u0107nicu na 10-ak minuta.
