Priprema podloge**<br \/>\nU srednjoj zdjeli pomije\u0161aj mljeveni keks, otopljeni maslac i \u0161e\u0107er. Mije\u0161aj dok ne dobije\u0161 smjesu poput mokrog pijeska. Utisni je \u010dvrsto na dno kalupa s obru\u010dem (promjer oko 23 cm) da formira\u0161 ravnomjeran sloj. Stavi podlogu u fri\u017eider dok priprema\u0161 fil.<\/p>\n<p>**2. Priprema cheesecake fila**<br \/>\nU velikoj zdjeli izmiksaj krem sir i \u0161e\u0107er dok smjesa ne postane glatka i kremasta. Dodaj naribanu koricu limuna, sok od limuna i vaniliju, pa dobro sjedini. U posebnoj zdjeli umuti slatko vrhnje u \u010dvrst \u0161lag. Sastavljanje cheesecakea**<br \/>\nIzvadi ohla\u0111enu podlogu iz fri\u017eidera. Rasporedi polovinu fila preko podloge i poravnaj. Zatim pa\u017eljivo nanesi sloj lemon curda i ravnomjerno ga rasporedi. Na kraju nanesi ostatak fila i izravnaj povr\u0161inu. Stavi tortu u fri\u017eider da se hladi najmanje 2 sata prije dodavanja \u017eelea.<\/p>\n<p>**4. Priprema \u017eelea**<br \/>\nPripremi \u017eelatin s okusom limuna prema uputama na pakovanju \u2013 obi\u010dno se rastvara u vru\u0107oj vodi i ostavi da se ohladi do sobne temperature. Kad se \u017eelatin ohladi (ali je jo\u0161 uvijek te\u010dan), pa\u017eljivo ga prelij preko ohla\u0111enog cheesecakea. Vrati tortu u fri\u017eider i ostavi najmanje 4 sata (idealno preko no\u0107i) da se \u017eele potpuno stegne.<\/p>\n<p>**5. Ukra\u0161avanje i serviranje**<br \/>\nPrije serviranja, ukrasi tortu kolutovima limuna. Po \u017eelji dodaj i malo umu\u0107enog slatkog vrhnja za dodatnu kremastost.
