Idealna je za sve prilike, od obiteljskih okupljanja do sladokusnih u\u017eitaka, a vo\u0107e mo\u017eete prilagoditi sezoni. Uz jednostavan postupak pripreme, ova torta je pravi hit koji \u0107e zasigurno odu\u0161eviti va\u0161a \u010dula!<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nZa koru: 500 g lisnatog testa (dva pakovanja po 250 g) <\/p>\n<p>Za kremu od vanile: 1,5 l mleka 6 \u017eumanaca 4 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era (40 g) 200 g kristal \u0161e\u0107era 180 g bra\u0161na 100 g putera ili margarina 5 dl slatke pavlake<\/p>\n<p>Za vo\u0107ni deo: 400 g smrznutih tre\u0161anja, vi\u0161anja, malina ili bilo kojeg drugog vo\u0107a po \u017eelji 100 g kristal \u0161e\u0107era 30 g gustina 1 dl vode Za dekoraciju: \u0160e\u0107er u prahu za posipanje<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<br \/>\nPriprema kora: Svaku polovinu lisnatog testa razvucite na pribli\u017eno 40 x 28 cm. Zatim prebacite u pleh i izbockajte vilju\u0161kom. Pecite na 220\u00b0C dok ne dobije lepu zlatno\u017eutu boju, oko 15 minuta. Ponovite postupak sa drugom polovinom testa.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema kreme od vanile: U \u017eumanca dodajte kristal \u0161e\u0107er i me\u0161ajte minut. Dodajte oko 2 dl mleka, gustin i vanilu, te sve dobro prome\u0161ajte. Ostatak mleka stavite da se zagreje. \u010cim provri, smanjite temperaturu, sklonite sa ringle i dodajte smesu \u017eumanaca u mleko.<\/p>\n<p>Dobro prome\u0161ajte i vratite na vatru. Kuvajte nekoliko minuta, stalno me\u0161aju\u0107i. Skuvanu kremu prebacite u posudu, prekrijte prozirnom folijom i ostavite da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema vo\u0107nog sloja: Vo\u0107e stavite u \u0161erpu, dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i polovinu vode. Stavite na vatru. Pome\u0161ajte ostatak vode sa gustinom i kada vo\u0107e provri, dodajte ovu me\u0161avinu u vo\u0107e. Kuvajte jo\u0161 dva minuta. Uklonite sa vatre i ostavite da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi.<\/p>\n<p>Kombinovanje kreme i slatke pavlake: U ohla\u0111enu kremu od vanile dodajte puter sobne temperature i miksajte nekoliko minuta. Postepeno dodajte slatku pavlaku i nastavite da me\u0161ate dok se sve dobro sjedini.<\/p>\n<p>Sastavljanje torte: U dublji pleh ili kalup stavite jednu koru lisnatog testa. Na nju premazujte polovinu kreme od vanile, zatim stavite sloj vo\u0107a i prelijte ostatkom kreme. Zavr\u0161ite sa drugom korom i pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.
