Dr. Oetker G\u00f6tterspeise)<br \/>\n* 300 g jogurta<br \/>\n* 1 \u010da\u0161a milerama (ili pavlake, mo\u017ee i kiselo vrhnje)<br \/>\n* 2 \u010da\u0161e slatke pavlake (vrhnje za \u0161lag)<br \/>\n* 2 kesice u\u010dvr\u0161\u0107iva\u010da za \u0161lag (sahnesteif)<br \/>\n* 1 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n* 150 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n* 2 limuna<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema**<\/p>\n<p>**Biskvit:**<\/p>\n<p>1. Pomije\u0161aj bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo.<br \/>\n2. Umuti jaja, \u0161e\u0107er, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i margarin dok ne postane glatka smjesa.<br \/>\n3. Umije\u0161aj smjesu bra\u0161na i sve izlij u kalup za tortu (\u00d8 28 cm) oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje.<br \/>\n4. Peci u prethodno zagrijanoj rerni na 175\u00b0C oko 20\u201325 minuta. Ohladi biskvit i preokreni ga (gornja strana postaje donja).<\/p>\n<p>**Krema:**<\/p>\n<p>1. Pomije\u0161aj pra\u0161ak za limun \u017eele s 50 g \u0161e\u0107era i 250 ml vode. Ostaviti da nabubri, zatim zagrijavaj uz mije\u0161anje (ne smije prokuhati!), pa pusti da se ohladi.<br \/>\n2. Umuti slatku pavlaku sa sahnesteifom dok ne postane \u010dvrsta.<br \/>\n3. U drugoj posudi izmije\u0161aj jogurt, mileram, preostali \u0161e\u0107er, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i sok od oba limuna.<br \/>\n4. Dodaj ohla\u0111eni limun \u017eele u smjesu s jogurtom i dobro promije\u0161aj. Stavi u fri\u017eider da se hladi dok ne po\u010dne \u017eelirati (mo\u017ee potrajati oko 1 sat).<br \/>\n5. Kad se smjesa po\u010dne stezati, lagano umije\u0161aj umu\u0107enu pavlaku.<\/p>\n<p>**Sastavljanje:**<br \/>\n1. Stavi biskvit na tanjir za serviranje, okrenut \u201cnaopako\u201d (ravna strana prema gore), i okru\u017ei ga obru\u010dem od kalupa.<br \/>\n2. Izlij kremu preko biskvita i poravnaj.<br \/>\n3.
