U plitku zdjelu sipaj 200 ml mlijeka.<br \/>\n2. Svaki \u010dokoladni keks kratko umo\u010diti u mlijeko (ne natapati), pa slo\u017eiti u staklenu posudu za pe\u010denje (veli\u010dine oko 20\u00d720 cm).<br \/>\n3. Nastaviti sa slojevima natopljenih keksi dok ne dobije\u0161 2\u20133 sloja.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema pudinga od vanilije:**<br \/>\n1. U srednjoj \u0161erpi umutiti 3 \u017eumanca sa 100 g \u0161e\u0107era.<br \/>\n2. Postepeno dodavati 500 ml mlijeka, neprestano mije\u0161aju\u0107i.<br \/>\n3. Umije\u0161ati 60 g gustina i mije\u0161ati dok smjesa ne postane glatka bez grudvica.<br \/>\n4. Kuhati na srednjoj vatri uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se smjesa ne zgusne kao puding.<br \/>\n5. Skinuti s vatre i ostaviti da se hladi 5 minuta.<br \/>\n6. U posebnoj zdjeli umutiti 50 g maslaca dok ne postane pjenast (oko 2 minute).<br \/>\n7. Postepeno dodavati ohla\u0111eni puding u maslac, neprestano miksaju\u0107i dok se ne sjedini.<\/p>\n<p>**Sastavljanje kola\u010da:**<br \/>\n1. Polovinu pudinga rasporediti preko slojeva keksa.<br \/>\n2. Dodati novi sloj keksi natopljenih u mlijeko.<br \/>\n3. Preko toga rasporediti preostali puding.<br \/>\n4. Zavr\u0161iti sa jo\u0161 jednim slojem keksi.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema \u010dokoladnog preliva:**<br \/>\n1. U velikoj \u0161erpi prokuhati 1 litru vode.<br \/>\n2. U vatrostalnu zdjelu staviti 100 g \u010dokolade i 100 ml slatke pavlake.<br \/>\n3. Zdjelu staviti iznad \u0161erpe s vodom (dno ne smije dodirivati vodu) i mije\u0161ati dok se \u010dokolada ne istopi i ne pove\u017ee s pavlakom u glatki ganache.<br \/>\n4. Ganache preliti preko kola\u010da i ravnomjerno rasporediti.<br \/>\n5.
