{"id":28574,"date":"2025-04-16T11:30:50","date_gmt":"2025-04-16T09:30:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=28574"},"modified":"2025-04-16T11:30:50","modified_gmt":"2025-04-16T09:30:50","slug":"krompir-loptice-punjene-mesom-%f0%9f%a5%94%f0%9f%a5%a9%f0%9f%a7%80-hrskave-spolja-socne-iznutra-savrsene-za-rucak-ili-zalogaj-uz-film","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=28574","title":{"rendered":"KROMPIR LOPTICE PUNJENE MESOM \ud83e\udd54\ud83e\udd69\ud83e\uddc0 Hrskave spolja, so\u010dne iznutra \u2013 savr\u0161ene za ru\u010dak ili zalogaj uz film!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>**Sastojci**<\/p>\n<p>**Za krompirov omota\u010d:**<br \/>\n\u2013 4 velika krompira (oko 800g)<br \/>\n\u2013 4 jaja, podijeljena (2 za krompirov smjesu, 2 za pohovanje)<br \/>\n\u2013 150g gustina (1\u00bc \u0161olje)<br \/>\n\u2013 40g glatkog bra\u0161na (\u2153 \u0161olje)<br \/>\n\u2013 150ml mlijeka (\u2154 \u0161olje)<br \/>\n\u2013 So i biber po ukusu<br \/>\n\u2013 2 ka\u0161ike svje\u017eeg kopra, sitno sjeckanog<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161ika biljnog ulja za krompirovu smjesu<br \/>\n\u2013 Dodatno biljno ulje za pr\u017eenje<\/p>\n<p>**Za mesni nadjev:**<br \/>\n\u2013 400g mljevenog mesa (govedina, svinjetina ili mje\u0161avina)<br \/>\n\u2013 2 srednje glavice luka, sitno sjeckane (oko 300g)<br \/>\n\u2013 1 srednja mrkva, naribana (oko 100g)<br \/>\n\u2013 1 paprika, sitno sjeckana (oko 150g)<br \/>\n\u2013 80g gljiva, sitno nasjeckanih<br \/>\n\u2013 2 \u010dehna bijelog luka, sitno sjeckana<br \/>\n\u2013 2 ka\u0161ike svje\u017eeg per\u0161una, sitno sjeckanog<br \/>\n\u2013 2 ka\u0161ike putera za dinstanje<br \/>\n\u2013 So i za\u010dini po \u017eelji (paprika, biber, kumin)<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema krompirove smjese:**<\/p>\n<p>1. Ogulite krompire i isijecite ih na \u010detvrtine.<br \/>\n2. Stavite ih u veliki lonac, prelijte hladnom vodom, dodajte prstohvat soli i kuhajte dok ne omek\u0161aju (15-20 minuta).<br \/>\n3. Ocijedite i ostavite da se malo ohlade.<br \/>\n4. Izgnje\u010dite krompir dok ne postane potpuno gladak, bez grudvica.<br \/>\n5. U velikoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte izgnje\u010deni krompir, 2 umu\u0107ena jaja, gustin, bra\u0161no, mlijeko, kopar, so, biber i ka\u0161iku ulja.<br \/>\n6. Mije\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete glatko, podatno tijesto. Ako je previ\u0161e rijetko, dodajte jo\u0161 bra\u0161na; ako je previ\u0161e suho, dodajte jo\u0161 malo mlijeka.<br \/>\n7. Pokrijte smjesu prozirnom folijom i ostavite u fri\u017eideru 30 minuta da se stegne.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema nadjeva:**<\/p>\n<p>1. U tavi zagrijte puter na srednjoj temperaturi.<br \/>\n2. Dodajte luk i dinstajte dok ne postane staklast (3-4 minute).<br \/>\n3. Dodajte rendanu mrkvu i papriku, i nastavite dinstati jo\u0161 3 minute.<br \/>\n4. Dodajte mljeveno meso i pr\u017eite, usitnjavaju\u0107i ga drvenom ka\u0161ikom.<br \/>\n5. Kada meso skoro da je gotovo, dodajte gljive, bijeli luk, so i za\u010dine.<br \/>\n6. Pr\u017eite jo\u0161 5-7 minuta dok meso ne bude potpuno pe\u010deno, a povr\u0107e omek\u0161a.<br \/>\n7. Umije\u0161ajte per\u0161un, sklonite s vatre i ostavite da se potpuno ohladi prije punjenja.<\/p>\n<p>**Sklapanje i pr\u017eenje kuglica:**<\/p>\n<p>1. U plitkoj posudi umutite preostala 2 jaja.<br \/>\n2. Uzmite oko 2 ka\u0161ike krompirove smjese i poravnajte je na dlanu.<br \/>\n3. U sredinu stavite 1 ka\u0161iku ohla\u0111enog mesnog nadjeva.<br \/>\n4. Pa\u017eljivo zatvorite smjesu oko nadjeva i oblikujte kuglicu.<br \/>\n5. Uvaljajte svaku kuglicu u umu\u0107ena jaja.<br \/>\n6. U tavi zagrijte ulje (oko 1,5 cm duboko) na srednje jakoj vatri.<br \/>\n7. Pr\u017eite kuglice u serijama, okre\u0107u\u0107i ih dok ne postanu zlatno-sme\u0111e sa svih strana (oko 3-4 minute).<br \/>\n8.
