Kuhaj uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se smjesa ne zgusne. Ostavi da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema tijesta:<br \/>\nUmuti \u017eumanca sa prstohvatom soli i \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu. Dodaj otopljeni maslac i vaniliju, promije\u0161aj.<br \/>\nUmije\u0161aj bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo dok ne dobije\u0161 glatku masu. Mali dio tijesta (otprilike \u00bc) zamrzni na 15 minuta \u2013 koristi\u0107e se za gornji sloj.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema kreme:<br \/>\nPomije\u0161aj gr\u010dki jogurt, gustin i vaniliju.U drugoj zdjeli, umuti bjelanca sa prstohvatom soli.Postepeno dodaj \u0161e\u0107er i miksaj dok ne dobije\u0161 \u010dvrsti snijeg.
