Ako je to mogu\u0107e, uvijek pripremite svje\u017ei \u010daj.<\/p>\n<p>\u010caj pijte bar jedan put dnevno po pola litra pripremljenog i to makar tri puta sedmi\u010dno. Zatim, 3-4 dana odmorite pa ponovo pijete \u010daj na isti na\u010din.
