Priprema tijesta:**<\/p>\n<p>1. U \u0161erpi zagrij vodu, maslac, so i \u0161e\u0107er dok ne proklju\u010da.<br \/>\n2. Skloni s vatre i brzo umije\u0161aj bra\u0161no. Vrati na laganu vatru i mije\u0161aj dok se smjesa ne odvoji od ivica \u0161erpe (oko 2\u20133 minuta).<br \/>\n3. Ohladi 5\u201310 minuta, pa jedno po jedno umuti jaja, dok ne dobije\u0161 glatku i sjajnu smjesu.<br \/>\n4. Podijeli tijesto na dva dijela i ispeci dvije kore:<br \/>\n\u2013 Stavi papir za pe\u010denje u kalup i rasporedi pola tijesta.<br \/>\n\u2013 Peci na 200\u00b0C oko 25 minuta, dok ne porumeni i naraste.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ponovi s drugom polovinom.<\/p>\n<p>**2. Priprema kreme:**<\/p>\n<p>1. U \u0161erpi pomije\u0161aj \u017eumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er, gustin, so i vaniliju.<br \/>\n2. Dodaj mlijeko postepeno i kuhaj na srednjoj vatri dok se ne zgusne (stalno mije\u0161aj).<br \/>\n3. Kad se zgusne, skloni s vatre i ostavi da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>**3. Sastavljanje kola\u010da:**<\/p>\n<p>1. Na prvu koru rasporedi kremu ravnomjerno.<br \/>\n2. Pokrij drugom korom.<br \/>\n3.
