Priprema rerne: Zagrejati rernu na 220\u00b0C (420\u00b0F). Oblo\u017eiti pleh papirom za pe\u010denje da se smesa ne lepi.<\/p>\n<p>2. Cedenje tikvica: Narendane tikvice staviti u \u010distu kuhinjsku krpu i \u010dvrsto iscediti vi\u0161ak vode.<br \/>\n\u2013 Izmeriti 1 \u0161olju oce\u0111enih tikvica za preciznu konzistenciju smese.<\/p>\n<p>3. Me\u0161anje smese: U \u010diniji pome\u0161ati oce\u0111ene tikvice, jaje, bademovo bra\u0161no, polovinu mocarele, parmezan, italijanske za\u010dine, so i beli biber. Dobro sjediniti.<\/p>\n<p>4. Oblikovanje \u0161tapi\u0107a: Ka\u0161ikom staviti smesu na pripremljeni pleh i oblikovati pravougaonik debljine oko 6 mm.<\/p>\n<p>5. Pe\u010denje baze: Pe\u0107i u zagrejanoj rerni 15 minuta, dok ivice ne postanu zlatno-sme\u0111e.<\/p>\n<p>6. Dodavanje sira: Izvaditi pleh iz rerne i pa\u017eljivo okrenuti podlogu.<br \/>\n\u2013 Premazati je otopljenim puterom, pa ravnomerno posuti preostalom mocarelom i parmezanom.<\/p>\n<p>7.
