Mlijeko izrucite u serpu i stavite da kuha na srednje jakoj vatri. Bjelanca izmiksajte uc vsrti snijeg. Kada je mlijeko prokuhalo smanjite jacinu ringle i kasikom vadite kendle od umucenih bijelanca i stavljajte u kljucalo mlijeko. U toku kuhanja knedi je potrebno okrenuti knedle da seskuhaju i sa druge strane. Ako vam ta metoda ne uspijeva onda kasikom hvatajate mlijeko i posipajte po kendala. Kuhane knedle odmah redajte u zdjele u kojima cete posluzivati desert.<\/p>\n<p>Zumanca izmiksajte sa secerom i vanilin secerom. zatim dodajte brasno i sve dobro sjedinite. U smjesu zumanaca dodajte 2 kutlace toplog mlijeka te sve dobro izmijesajte.
