No, kako god ih mi zvali, ako volimo karamel i hrskave orahe, svi \u0107emo se slo\u017eiti u jednom\u2026 izvrsne su\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Fila:<br \/>\n30 dkg grubo sjeckanih oraha<br \/>\n3 jaja<br \/>\n30 dkg \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n25 dkg margarina<\/p>\n<p>Karamel:<br \/>\n30 dkg \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nPodloga<br \/>\n2 manje oblatne<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>1.<br \/>\nZa filu u posudi dobro izmje\u0161ajte jaja sa \u0161e\u0107erom i margarinom, dodajte nasjeckane orahe i stavite kuhati na laganu vatru \u0161tednjaka (uz neprestano mije\u0161anje) sve dok se ne zgusne.<br \/>\n2.<br \/>\nIstovremeno u dubljoj tavi, tako\u0111er na laganoj vatri, otopite \u0161e\u0107er u karamel (pazite da vam ne izgori).<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nI fila, i karamel trebali bi biti gotovi otprilike u isto vrijeme.<br \/>\n4.<br \/>\nFilu maknite s vatre, te joj umije\u0161ajte otopljeni karamel.<br \/>\n5.<br \/>\nSmjesu izlijte na oblatnu (na onu stranu gdje su \u0161iri kvadrati\u0107i) i poklopite drugom oblatnom.<\/p>\n<p>6.<br \/>\nObzirom da se fila ne stvrdnjava odmah, koristim mali bakin trik sa krpom (najbolje su one od damasta jer nemaju dla\u010dice).<br \/>\n7.<br \/>\nPrvo slo\u017eite suhu krpu, na sredinu polo\u017eite oblatnu sa \u0161irim kvadrati\u0107ima prema gore (krajevi krpe moraju sa svih strana biti du\u017ei od oblatne), izlijete smjesu, lagano razma\u017eete, poklopite drugom oblatnom i omotate krpom sa svih strana.<\/p>\n<p>8.<br \/>\nOdozgo stavite uteg, obi\u010dno stavim drvenu dasku otprilike iste veli\u010dine kao oblatne i na to 1 kg \u0161e\u0107era ili neku knjigu.<br \/>\n9.<br \/>\nNa taj na\u010din \u0107ete posti\u0107i da se oblatne dobro zalijepe za smjesu i da se ne odvajaju prilikom rezanja.<br \/>\n10.<br \/>\nOstavite da se ohladi i stvrdne (najbolje preko no\u0107i) u nekoj hladnoj prostoriji.<br \/>\n11.<br \/>\nKad se ohlade pa\u017eljivo odstranite krpu (jer se zalijepi), te re\u017eite \u0161tangice.<\/p>\n<p>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/p>\n<p>Iako na prvi pogled priprema izgleda jednostavna, vjerujte mi, dosta je komplicirano\u2026 Posebnu pa\u017enju trebate obratiti kuhanju file i karamela jer kuhate oboje u isto vrijeme, pa\u017eljivo mije\u0161ajte jer \u0107e vam vrlo lako izgoriti.<br \/>\nAko sve ispadne kako treba, okus je savr\u0161en i vrijedan svakog na\u0161eg truda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Figaro, \u0161taverka, \u0161tolverica\u2026 postoji vi\u0161e naziva za ove fine i ukusne \u0161tangice.
