Dodati \u0161e\u0107er i miksati dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne oto\u00adpi. Postupno dodavati bra\u0161no prosijano s pra\u0161kom za pecivo i kokosovim bra\u0161nom, te mije\u0161ati pjenja\u010dom. Kuhati do gusto\u0107e pudinga, maknuti s vatre i dodati sjeckanu \u010dokoladu. Mije\u0161ati dok se \u010dokolada ne otopi, te ostaviti da se ohladi, uz povremeno mije\u0161anje da se ne uhvati ko\u00adrica. Vrhnje za \u0161lag \u010dvrsto umutiti i dodati u ohla\u0111enu kremu. Jo\u0161 kratko miksati da krema postane glatka.
