{"id":28153,"date":"2025-03-02T10:21:45","date_gmt":"2025-03-02T09:21:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=28153"},"modified":"2025-03-02T10:21:45","modified_gmt":"2025-03-02T09:21:45","slug":"recept-za-domaci-rahat-lokum-koji-ce-vas-vratiti-u-djetinjstvo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=28153","title":{"rendered":"Recept za DOMA\u0106I rahat LOKUM koji \u0107e vas vratiti u DJETINJSTVO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SASTOJCI:<br \/>\n50 dkg \u0161e\u0107era u kockama<br \/>\n1 litar vode<br \/>\n8 dkg \u0161kroba od krompira ( bra\u0161no od krompira )<br \/>\nsok od pola limuna<br \/>\n10 dkg badema i nekoliko kapi ru\u017einog ulja.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>1.Prokuhaj \u0161e\u0107er, limunov sok i pola litre vode, skini pjenu i lagahno kuhaj 15 minua.<br \/>\n2.U krompirov \u0161krob postepeno dodaji i litar hladne vode i stalno mije\u0161aj \u0161ibom za snijeg.<br \/>\n3.Kad je \u0161e\u0107er ukuhan, kipu\u0107oj otopini dodaj razrije\u0111eni \u0161krob, stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i \u0161ibom.<br \/>\n4.Zatim izvadi \u0161ibu, te mije\u0161aju\u0107i kuha\u010dom kuhaj smjesu tako dugo dok ne otpada od kuha\u010de.<br \/>\n5.Kad smjesa otpada od kuha\u010de, skini s vatre, dodaj oguljene fino isjeckane bademe, ru\u017eino ulje i sve dobro izmije\u0161aj.<\/p>\n<p>6.Tepsiju nama\u017ei uljem i usipaj vru\u0107u smjesu dva prsta debelu, pa pusti da se preko no\u0107i ohladi.<br \/>\n7.Drugi dan pospi dasku ili sto vanilin-\u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i iskreni rahatlokum iz tepsije.<br \/>\n8.Mokrim no\u017eem re\u017ei odgovaraju\u0107e kocke i sa svih strana dobro uvaljaj u vanilin-\u0161e\u0107er u prahu, pa svaku kocku stavi u papir na tu ko\u0161aricu .<\/p>\n<p>Ratluk ili Rahatlokum je vrsta slatkog deserta, pihtijaste mase od ri\u017einog bra\u0161na ili skrobnog bra\u0161na sa dodatkom \u0161e\u0107era u prahu.<br \/>\nRatluk je omiljena poslastica u arapskim zemljama, kao i u Turskoj, Bugarskoj, Srbiji, Bosni i Hercegovini, Sjevernoj Makedoniji, Gr\u010dkoj i Kipru.
