Poslu\u017eite uz kremasti pire krompir, bareni krompi, krompir kuvan u ljusci ili ri\u017eu\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci i priprema:<br \/>\n\u2013 800 gr. mlevenog mesa<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ve\u0107a glavica crnog luka<br \/>\n\u2013 3 \u010dena belog luka<br \/>\n\u2013 per\u0161unovo li\u0161\u0107e<br \/>\n\u2013 1 jaje<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<br \/>\n\u2013 malo bibera<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica sitne crvene paprike<br \/>\n\u2013 3 ka\u0161i\u010dice hlebnih mrvica (prezle)<br \/>\n\u2013 malo narendanog muskantnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a<\/p>\n<p>Izme\u0161ajte sve sastojke pa rukama pravite \u0107ufte, uvljajte u prezle.<br \/>\n(100 gr. koje sam dole navela).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 100 gr. prezli<br \/>\n\u2013 5 ka\u0161ika ulja<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u017eite \u0107ufte 3-4 minute s jedne i 3-4 minute s druge strane. Izvadite ih na tanjir pa u to ulje dodajte luk i sve ostale sastojke koji su navedeni ispod.
